The reason why most Ford Mustang owners end up drifting and facing a wall is due to sudden oversteer. Snap oversteer, or drifting, occurs when you suddenly lift off the accelerator. The weight of the car is dramatically shifted forward and the rear tires go light. And if you happen to have a small amount of steering angle, you are almost certain to end up in a nearby ditch or wall.

That’s probably what happened to the Mustang owner in the video above, which was uploaded to Reddit. The Reddit user blamed track cleanliness, but we blame the end-user and snap oversteer.
