One of the best perks of being a celebrity is having the clout and the funds to buy nearly any car on the market, including custom mods and some that aren’t available anymore. Some have more panache than others, though. Here are our choices for the top 10 coolest celebrity cars. 

1. Silver Cloud Rolls-Royce Convertible Owned by Beyonce Knowles

Beyonce is the consummate performer, known for glitz and glamour. She and husband Jay-Z have an extensive car collection, but the crown jewel is probably her Silver Cloud Rolls-Royce convertible. This gorgeous beautifully restored 1959 model is a piece of automotive history. Rumors say it cost more than $1 million, and there were fewer than 10,000 units of this particular Rolls-Royce made during its production run. 

2. Fisker Karma EV Speedster Owned by Leonardo DiCaprio

You can’t get eco-friendlier than Leonardo DiCaprio, and he shows that off with his Fisker Karma EV Speedster. DiCaprio was one of the first to add one of these pricey electric vehicles to his collection, and he’s been working with the brand since 2012. 

3. Lamborghini Murcielago Owned by Jason Statham

Jason Statham has driven plenty of exotic cars throughout his career, but most of them stay on the movie sets. However, his daily driver is just as impressive. As part of his extensive collection, he owns a Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640, just like the one he drove in The Transporter 2. Just like the characters he plays on the big screen, the man loves his cars. 

4. Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita Owned by Floyd Mayweather

He might not have it anymore, but boxing star Floyd Mayweather briefly owned one of the fastest cars in the world. The Koenigsegg CCRX Trevita has a top speed of 254 miles per hour. With more than 1,000 horsepower, this beast sold for $2.6 million. 

5. Ford Mustang Convertible Owned by Zac Efron

This gorgeous classic might not be as expensive as some of the other cars on this list, but the heart behind it makes it a worthy addition. This 1965 Mustang used to belong to the actor’s grandfather. It took him two years to restore it to its former glory, but it was well worth the effort, and the car’s family history makes it one of the coolest on our list. 

6. Maybach Exelero Owned by Jay-Z

This car is one of the most expensive on our list. Jay-Z’s Maybach Exelero looks like it came out of a science fiction novel, and cost an astonishing $8 million. The entire point of this supercar was that it needed to reach at least 217 miles per hour, so the manufacturer could put those Exelero tires through their paces. 

7. Bugatti Veyron Owned by Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell might have a reputation for being a grump, but his taste in cars is impeccable. Our favorite is the 2008 Bugatti Veyron that he bought in 2010. Unfortunately, while he has undeniable style, the fact that he’d only driven his Veyron in a couple of times in the years he’s owned it has earned him a ban from the brand, so he can’t buy any more of them.

8. Maserati Gran Turismo Owned by Britney Spears

Britney Spears has owned many different cars over the years. Of the pop singer’s collection, our favorite is probably the Maserati Gran Turismo, but if these supercars aren’t your cup of tea, she’s also driven BMWs, Mercedes and Jaguars throughout her career. 

9. GM Ecojet Owned by Jay Leno

This car is one of a kind. Instead of using a traditional internal combustion engine, this beast has a jet engine and turbine. It took two and a half years to complete it, and it runs on either biodiesel or traditional jet fuel. You’ll never see it on the road, though. We’re pretty sure a jet engine isn’t street legal.

10. Chevrolet Impala Owned by Jensen Ackles

For 15 years, Jensen Ackles’ character Dean Winchester drove a 1969 Chevy Impala on Supernatural. Now that the show is coming to an end, Ackles’ contract states that he gets to take home one of these Impalas. Not only are they a piece of pop culture history, but they’re also overall amazing cars.
