Can Tesla Really Make An Affordable EV And Improve Battery Range?
Video

Elon Musk recently admitted that Tesla’s stock market value is overpriced. This personal opinion did little to devalue share price. Tesla’s market value did fall when the CEO smoked weed during an interview on the Joe Rogan YouTube show. The company suffered a fall in valuation costing it tens of billion dollars as a result. But it was a short term loss because Tesla shares are continuing to boom and show no sign of stopping.

However, the next step for Elon Musk is to make electric cars more affordable. The entry-level Tesla Model 3 retails from $40,000. Musk is aiming to make a car with a starting price of $25,000. Making cheaper, better batteries is the key.

Tesla is working on a new generation of batteries that hold 5-times more energy, an increased range by 16 percent, and power increase by a factor of 6. YouTube channel Cold Fusion gives you a deep dive so we don’t have to. We’re off for the rest of the day for a long session of Gran Turismo.
