You know by now the Bugatti La Voiture Noire (The Black Car) is a special edition-limited-edition-edition limited in numbers super-hyper car edition. It’s based on the Bugatti Chiron. Indeed think of the Bugatti La Voiture Noire as a re-skinned Chiron, because mechanically the La Voiture Noire is little changed from the Chiron

But it looks the part doesn’t it? Wrong.

Someone thought it would look even better as a convertible. That someone is a digital artist known as Aksyonov Nikita, a native of St Petersburg, Russia.

And his concept study should be called the Bugatti Aksyonov. The artist also changed the colour from black to midnight blue and those distinctive wheel rims have been changed to a rose gold tint.

The Bugatti Aksyonov Convertible is powered by a quad-turbo, 8.0-litre W16 engine that is good for 1,479bhp and 1,600Nm of torque. That’s standard Bugatti performance.

Know this, our inside sources at Bugatti (who do not want to be named) say they are developing a Hybrid Chiron. And it will be every bit as individualised as the La Voiture Noir.

The Hybrid Bugatti is marked to be the final performance version of the Bugatti Chiron production run. It will be known as the Bugatti Daily Car Blog.
