Is The Hyundai i10 Really Worth Buying At All?
Features

When it comes to choosing a car, you have to consider what you want out of it. But, you also need to think about what the car can offer you. This is an important investment; one of the most important you’ll make in your life. So choosing something like a Hyundai just makes perfect sense. Would you buy a luxury Hyundai saloon? Well, if you had the money then perhaps, but, if not, you might choose to go for a smaller option. Selecting a car that is going to be perfect for you in all departments is so important.

Okay, so you may not be able to get exactly perfect, but you can certainly get close. And the Hyundai i10 is really all about simplicity, possibly reliability, and added Korean flavour. So, let’s take an overview of the Hyundai i10, and what it’s got to offer you.

Engine Specs

The engine offers everything you could possibly ask for from a hatchback. There are two choices – the 1.0-litre, three-cylinder engine with 65bhp, or the 1.2-litre with 86bhp. It’s never going to set the world on fire, but it provides just what you need for negotiating city streets and country lanes alike. The best option would most likely be the 1.0-litre as it’s cheaper and more tax-efficient. You won’t get straight-line performance of a Ferrari but it will be nippy perfect for the inner city commutes and the odd drug dealers mule car, I mean would the police ever consider a drug dealer driving around in a Hyundai i10? No drug dealers are all about the bling, BMWs and gold chains.

Safety

Safety, of course, is a major concern when you buy any car. And that’s why it’s important to go with something that’s reliable and reputable. As you would imagine from a Korean car, the i10 is a safe and solid choice for anyone. It received a 4-star rating from NCAP and finished 3rd last year in a satisfaction survey. You always need to think about how to make your car. Things like proper maintenance, a car crash lawyer, and sensible driving all help. But, when it comes down to it, you need something that’s already safe upon arrival, and that’s what the i10 offers.

How Does She Handle?

Look, you’re never going to get a handling paradigm with the i10 so lets just put you out of your misery… Its going to be small car awful which is excellent for inner-city commutes and as we mentioned before the i10 is the perfect drug dealers undercover foil.

Depreciation

Another of the great strengths of this car is the fact that it depreciates slowly. It’s expected to retain almost 50% of its value after three years. This appears to make it excellent value for money. It also puts the Hyundai i10 well above many of its market rivals in terms of residual value.
