The Skoda Fabia Greenline II emits so few carbon dioxide particles that it is exempt from London's congestion charge. It features stop/start technology, however to use the system you have ensure you meet a number of conditions. This means reading the instruction sheet and even when these conditions are known the stop start system is difficult to engage but 60mpg does manage to win you over.

The ASX is available in either 2WD of 4WD and can also be equipped with stop/start technology. The system is very is easy understand and activate unlike the stop/start system in Skoda's Greenline II which require a NASA scientist to operate.
