Why You Can’t Afford A Better Car

Turns out the entire banking system we rely upon is controlled by a single entity, a central banking system that essentially controls the level of debt at any time. In America, the Federal Reserve was set up in 1913 by a group of ultra-rich individuals. Their aim was simple, to control the flow of money. The mechanism to so was just as simple. The Federal Reserve would loan the American government money to cover tax shortfalls and the loan would be repaid back with interest. In other words debt financing.

Although the Federal Reserve – central banking system – is government-mandated it is still privately owned. In many ways, a central banking system such as the Federal Reserve is not too dissimilar to the Mafiosi setting up bank and loaning out money to the general public. Today the Federal Reserve banking structure is used as a central banking system in many Westernised countries.

When you take out a loan the interest you pay is directly paid back to the Federal Reserve. In other words the 1 percent. The Federal Reserve relies on issuing debt and setting healthy interest rates. The crazy thing is the Federal Reserve doesn’t have any money at all.

The issuing of debt is created out of thin air. It turns out this type of banking system is the root cause of inflation. The problem is average wages across the world have decreased over the last 40 years.

So as prices rise and wages go down, in addition to the debt financing is one reason why you can’t afford a better car. Austerity is the direct result of this legally corrupt banking system.
