Someone Just WideBodied The Ferrari 328… And We Like It
Video

What do you do with the Ferrari 328 GTB or GTS? Around 7,400 models were made between 1985 and 1989. The rear-wheel-drive, naturally aspirated, mid-engined V8 was good for 270bhp and a top speed of 160mph. Fast, back in the day. But today a Porsche Cayman is faster. That’s called progress. However, one company is determined to keep alive the memory of the Ferrari 328.

Casil Motors, located somewhere in jerk water USA, is offering a bespoke customisation program for the Ferrari 328 owners. Ths customisation is for the snapback cap wearing, Instagram generation.

Casil Motors will completely strip back a 328 and apply a custom carbon-kevlar widebody kit. The company will re-engineer the naturally aspirated V8 to pump out 400bhp.

In addition, Casil Motors will fit a custom air ride suspension, reinforce the subframe and upgrade the standard brakes to racing brakes. oh, and y’all also get a bespoke exhaust.

Oh, and they will also re-trim the entire interior to the customers taste. But we wouldn’t go for the ridiculously lowered suspension, it doesn’t look right, way too Dub for our tastes.

What this re-engineering is doing is keeping 328 alive, for a new generation to appreciate. It may not be a traditional restoration but it’s fit for the 21st Century.
