The People vs Land Rover, What Buyers Really Think, Part 3
Features

In our final series of trolling Land Rover, we take yet another look at what real buyers say and experience compared to the carefully crafted and cultivated public image. We haven’t gone out and interviewed people. We’re far too lazy to do that and besides its November and a cold snap has fallen.

We use advanced modern day technology to collate opinions. These opinions are based on metrics and algorithms and advanced algorithms and metrics. This is commonly known as Twitter. This powerful software is advanced modern day technology based on metrics and algorithms and advanced algorithms and metrics. So why do we prefer Twitter over say Instagram? We like the immediacy and spontaneity of Twitter. In addition, Twitter is full of people trolling one another. It is an example of advanced technology being used in a way that was not envisioned by its creators. Thankfully we can hide openly behind the trolls and allow them to target Land Rover whilst we retain our dignity and respectability. That we don’t have. And never will. I’ve owned the first two generations of the Land Rover Discovery and I know how unreliable they and my current Range Rover Sport is. My experience doesn’t correlate with all the fantastic press reviews. The problem is that unreliability follows Land Rover around like the Grim Reaper. Why haven’t they sorted this shit out? I do not know why? So we have used Twitter to troll Land Rover. The people have spoken. Of course, the below Tweets are highly selected. You are not going to get journalistic ethics of fair and balanced views from us when it comes to Land Rover.

Unreliable, plagued with faulty mechanics and electrical issues. Better to but German or Japanese, which is such a shame.

Every journey in a Range Rover is an adventure- but only because you’re unsure if you’ll make it to your destination as these cars are so unreliable. Avoid these cars!

Counting down the days until we can get rid of our Evoque without being screwed over for more cash. have provided us with the most incompetent, dishonest and frankly arrogant customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid these cars!

Was proud to buy British but finally got rid of my Range Rover Sport.Worst 3 years experience from new ever.Gone back to Mercedes who are in a different league.Taking legal action now.

I own a Discovery 5 and its been in the garage 4 times due to oil dilution problem even though the car travels on the motorway every week, I have been blamed for driver performance but your car is not fit for purpose. I have owned Discovery 3 & 4s but the 5 is very poor
