Let’s face it, we here at DCB Towers are failed motoring journalists… all of us and that is rather like a badge of honor because it means we have an independence of thought. This independence of thought doesn’t give us any specific advantage, but at least we can say this.

For some reason, this video by Chris Harris of Top Gear fame has irritated us. We didn’t even have to watch the video for it to make us think… what the hell is the point of this video?

Well known motoring hack tests three supercars that are out of the price range of the average joe except for maybe a drug dealer, an investment banker, city trader, fraudster, or hacker.

This is a vanity video, Harris irritates us by overdriving and by placing an emphasis on oversteering out of every corner. Oversteer looks spectacular but yields slower lap times.

Harris is all too well aware of this but it makes for a spectacular if rather an unrealistic review. The remedy? more driving less oversteering Harris… Jesus…
