Ferrari F40 GT Hammered Hard By Tax The Rich
Video
The mysterious YouTuber Tax The Rich seems to have a never ending supply of supercars in which to demonstrate how a supercar should be used. No not by a group of intoxicated millionaires in the Gumball Rally and certainly not by Chris Harris. Tax The Rich seems to be recklessly driving his supercars, we assume he/she owns them, around his farm yard. We assume its his farm. In his latest video Tax The rich takes a Ferrari F40, deemed to be one of the first supercars, but this is no ordinary F40. Its a competition spec F40 GT, one of only seven ever prepared. The V8 twin-turbo was retuned to pump out 590bhp, the brakes were upgraded and the suspension lowered and more besides. The F40 GT was entered into the 1991 Italian GT Championship and the privateer owner/racer won three races in Imola, Mugello and Monza. If you want to buy a standard F40 then you are going to have to have very deep pockets, a used example circa 1991 with around 5,000 miles on the clock will cost at least £800k. These race spec cars will probably set you back around £1.5m, only 1,311 F40 road cars were ever made, the 2.9-litre, v8 twin turbo produced 487bhp.  Ferrari-F40-Hammered
